Open to legal residents of Canada, excluding the province of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible.

The Giveaway begins at 10:00:01 AM Standard Time (“CT”) on March 02, 2026 and ends at 4:49:59 PM CT on March 31, 2026.  Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

One (1) winner will receive a $500 CAD prepaid Visa gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500 CAD.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any restrictions, activation requirements, or expiration associated with the gift card.

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The draw will take place within 3 days after the Giveaway ends.

Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor. Failure to correctly answer the question may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

The selected entrant will be notified via direct message and/or email within 5 days of the draw. The selected entrant must respond within [48–72 hours] and may be required to sign and return a declaration and release form within five (5) business days. If the potential Winner of the prize either declines the prize, or does not respond to the potential prize notification within five (5) business days of such notice, or is deemed ineligible to accept the prize, an alternate winner will be chosen in a subsequent random drawing to be held after the disqualification of the previous potential winner.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, city, and province for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Instagram/Facebook from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.

By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario, excluding Quebec, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that province.
